In March, SFSB met to visit an exhibit of The Agricultural History of San Mateo County followed by a Beer Tasting with finger foods in Redwood City, CA
In February, our Annual Meeting celebrated all things slow food in our region with a Savoring the South Bay Fair featuring a range of businesses, writers and food professionals. Held at the Campbell Community Center, we also watched a video story about an enterprising town in England and how its citizens transformed their community’s relationship to food and healthier eating.
In October, SFSB hosted an al fresco Paella Party in Los Altos Hills, CA that also featured live music under the stars. A grand and delicious time was had by all who attended.
