Food Integrity Discussion

Where does your food come from? What impact did it have on the environment and local community? Is it safe? Is it natural?  These questions and many others are being asked by growing numbers of the customers that we feed every day.
 
Join SHFM (Society of Hospitality and Foodservice Management) Local – California for a networking event that explores these important issues and others surrounding our food system.  Our speakers include the following:
