Wine Education Class: French Wines

Bienvenue to a very unique evening where French wine expert, Alice Cormery, will guide students through her beautiful native country. Students will learn and discover the iconic regions in France responsible for their fantastic wines. We will adventure in the elegant Loire Valley, stopping by the notable Burgundy, enjoy the sun of the Provence and finish in the historic Bordeaux.

We will taste and learn about the following wines:

• Rosé ’17, Domaine Rimauresq ‘Cru Classe’, Provence
• Sauvignon Blanc ’17, Domaine La Villaudiere, Sancerre
• Pinot Noir ’17, Domaine de La Monette, Bourgogne
• Bordeaux Medoc ’15, Chateau Saint Aubin

Wine, cheese nibbles will be provided.
