4th Annual Little Italy Street Festival

Festival Highlights:

  • Authentic Italian Cuisine from Little Italy Businesses and Italian Restaurants located throughout Santa Clara County
  • Fantastic Entertainment lineup including Pasquale Esposito, Vanessa Raci (New York), Anthony Nino Lane Band, Johnny Neri Band, and other authentic Italian Musicians

In addition there will be a wine garden pouring both Italian and Cal-Italia wines, Artisan Italian Craft vendors and Children’s Activities

Free festival and plenty of on-site parking. San Jose Diridon Station is also walking distance for Public Transportation options by Caltrain or VTA Lightrail.

Beer Fridays: Live Music, Food Trucks & Family Party

Enjoy a family friendly, admission-free evening of live music, rotating food trucks and an award winning selection of sustainable handcrafted beer and root beer at Devils Canyon Brewing Company in San Carlos.  Kids and well behaved dogs are welcome. Proceeds from each pint sold at Beer Friday goes to a different charity every month through their “Cheers for Charity” program.

Chalk Art Festival – Luna Park Arts

Celebrating its 12th Anniversary, the Luna Park Chalk Art Festival attracts over 3,000 artists, students, vendors, and community members for a colorful day in San José’s Backesto Park. Artists, students and chalk enthusiasts create over 250 pieces of diverse art throughout the park’s pathways, including original works, classical re­creations, traditional Italian madonarri street painting, 3D realistic works, cartoons, modern abstractions, and more. In addition to the artwork, the festival features a main stage of local musicians, dancers and performers, as well as local food trucks and vendor booths.

The Luna Park Chalk Art Festival and Luna Park Arts Foundation are 100% volunteer run.

San Jose Tet & Moon Festival

Celebrate this year’s Mid-Autumn Moon Festival 2019 at Eastridge Mall. The Moon Garden will a highlight at the festival for families & offer their your children with many crafts & activities.

The Moon Garden bringing you & your kids with many cratfs to do on your own. The Lanterns House will be bigger this year with many colorful lantern decorations. There will be 10,000 LED Light Lantern giveaways.

Plus, live entertainment, lion dance, magic show, fashion show, children & adult contest, gifts from vendors, carnival games & rides, and enjoy exclusive food vendors at the biggest Moon Festival of the Bay.

You can also take pictures and selfies at the 3D photo theme park with your friends and family to capture the best moments.

Kids in the Garden – Hidden Villa

Kids learn and play, hands-on in our experiential learning garden. We will explore the mysteries of seeds and how they grow through stories and art., and learn about caring for the garden. We get to dig, hoe, and water, and then make a special new plant project to bring home to tend and watch grow!  While class is in session, parents can stroll the farm and enjoy our beautiful property.

For children ages 6 and up.

Hidden Villa’s Homesteaders Faire

Calling all backyard gardeners, farmers, makers, fermenters, and foragers! Hidden Villa in Mountain View is hosting its inaugural Homesteader’s Faire, a free, public event featuring hands-on demonstrations and skill-sharing, local food, live music, and activities for the whole family. Join friends and neighbors to build community around self-reliance, intentional living, and stewardship! Tickets are free but registration is required to receive a parking pass.
