Kraut Source is bringing cultured foods into the modern kitchen! Learn new and exciting fermentation recipes, discover delicious ways to incorporate the amazing health benefits of live fermented food into unexpected dishes, and experience some of the tools Kraut Source developed to support the home fermenter through the briny depths. Participants will take home their own Hidden Villa fermented creation and recipes to continue their fermentation journey!
This workshop will be taught by Karen Diggs, Founder & Chief Fermentation Office of Kraut Source. Karen is a classically trained chef, certified nutritionist, culinary instructor, and author of Happy Foods: Over 100 Mood-Boosting Recipes. She studied at the California Culinary Academy (now Le Cordon Bleu San Francisco) and is Certified in Holistic Nutrition through Bauman College.
