We want to have dinner with you! We are always seeking out eateries and chefs in our area who have created on-going relationships with nearby farmers, ranchers and/or artisanal food makers to fill their menus with the freshest of ingredients grown in our uniquely regional food shed.  Join one of our upcoming events where you’ll meet and hear from the chef and farmer/rancher or food maker and enjoy a new dining experience.

SLOW FOOD is all about celebrating regional cuisine using high-quality local and seasonal ingredients prepared from scratch. So, we’d like to introduce you to establishments in our area that use products from local farmers, ranchers, cottage food creators and purveyors to create delicious, organic, clean meals. For the trend towards regional, fresh ingredients to flourish, we need to support it with patronage and purchases: let’s encourage these local businesses to prosper!
